MEET RUBY & ELISE
I'm Elise. Ruby's my sister, and we've been swapping clothes since we were kids.
You know the feeling when something just works. You put it on in the morning, forget about it all day, and someone stops you to ask where it's from. That feeling is the whole reason this shop exists.
So everything here gets the same test before it goes up: would we wear it on a Tuesday? Fabric that moves with you. Seams that sit flat. And sizes that keep going well past where a lot of shops stop, because that feeling shouldn't depend on what size you take.
If it earns a spot in our own wardrobes, it earns a spot here.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
A tracking link lands in your inbox the moment your parcel leaves us. You can also follow it any time on our Track your order page. If it has not turned up when you expected, email info@rubyelisesydney.com and we will chase it for you.
WHAT IF IT DOESN'T FIT?
You've got 30 days from the day it arrives. Email info@rubyelisesydney.com and we'll come straight back with where to send it — always within 24 hours. Once it reaches us your refund is on its way, and it's with you within 10 business days.
HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN?
Clothing is listed in letter sizes. As a guide, S is about AU 8-10 and M about AU 10-12, and it climbs from there — most styles run to 3XL and plenty go all the way to 5XL, roughly AU 22-24. Shoes are listed in Australian sizes with the European size alongside, like AU 10 (EU 41). The exact range for any style is always in its size selector.
I'M BETWEEN TWO SIZES — WHICH ONE?
Go down. Most of what we carry is cut on the generous side, so the smaller of the two will sit better than swimming in the bigger one. Not sure about a particular piece? Email us and we'll give you a straight answer.
HOW DO I WASH IT?
Cold wash, inside out, and dry it in the shade rather than the dryer. That's most of what keeps a good piece looking good.
WHAT IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Then that one's on us. Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, and we cover the postage both ways.
